Information we collect
When you request installation, we collect your name, email, phone, installation address, vehicle/model/year/interior and upgrade selections, preferred appointment, location type, optional notes and booking reference. Our site and hosting services may process basic technical data for operation, security and diagnostics. Online ecommerce and payments are currently disabled; we do not collect online payment-card data through checkout.
How we use information
We use information to provide and respond to service requests, review compatibility and coverage, contact you about appointments, support customers, maintain service and warranty records, investigate errors or abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. A requested appointment is not confirmed until our team contacts you.
Address suggestions and email
When enabled, Smarty processes the address text you type to return address suggestions. You can use manual address entry instead; a suggestion does not establish installation eligibility. Resend processes contact and booking information needed to send transactional booking emails.
Hosting and service providers
Lovable and Lovable Cloud provide our application hosting and backend infrastructure. We share information with service providers only as reasonably needed to operate the site and provide services, and when legally required. We do not sell personal information. We do not describe this site as using targeted-advertising data sharing.
Cookies and browser storage
Browser storage supports site functionality, sign-in for authorized owner administration, saved configurator selections and booking drafts. The site may retain legacy cart selections, but customer ecommerce is disabled. Booking drafts can remain in session storage during the booking flow; use care on shared devices. Hosting or enabled analytics may process technical usage data, but this policy does not promise that every visitor uses the same cookies or analytics settings.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for service records, warranty matters, disputes, legal or accounting obligations, and security. The appropriate period depends on the record and applicable obligations; we do not specify an unsupported fixed deletion schedule.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No website, transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
California and other privacy requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required for legal obligations, service records or other permitted purposes. Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review the matter.
